Our next chapter is focused on expanding our direct impact through offering grants, in-person clinics, formalized mentorship programs, and sponsorship pathways that make coaching education and advancement more accessible — especially for women of color and those historically excluded from leadership roles in sport. We believe these efforts can reshape not just who gets to coach, but how coaching itself is practiced — with care, collaboration, and a deep investment in the whole athlete (on and off the field).
